Karen Evans is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal exercise rehabilitation, cardiac physiology, strength & conditioning and chronic disease management.
Exercise is her passion, and she likes to work closely with her clients to motivate and inact behaviour change to help them achieve their health and activity goals.
Karen has worked in corporate fitness, private practice, and public health, including as Personal Trainer / Exercise Physiologist for the Metabolic Obesity (Diabetes) Clinics at both Concord and Camden Hospitals.
Her formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science degree from the University of NSW, and a Certificate IV in Personal Training.
